Mei Zeng, PhD

Post-Doctoral Fellow

Mei Zeng received her Ph.D in Neurobiology and Biophysics from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2008. Prior to joining DFCI, she was a research fellow at Brandeis University, where she investigated the impact of Piwi and piRNAs on the germline development in Xenopus and developed a novel shRNA platform for gene silencing in vertebrates. She joined the Gray lab in January, 2015 as a postdoctoral research fellow, and is currently studying the functions of cyclin-dependent kinases in cancer.
