Zainab Doctor

Graduate Student

Zainab is a graduate student in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences program at Harvard University in the Division of Medical Sciences. Originally from Boston (and a big Boston sports fan), she graduated from Johns Hopkins University where she studied Molecular and Cellular Biology and Applied Math and Statistics. She is interested in the development of small molecule inhibitors as therapeutics and as tools to discover interesting biology. Zainab is currently focusing on testing inhibitors of Cdk14 and RNA polymerase CTD phosphorylation and their potential disease relevance.
